Inspired by T.S. Eliot’s “Four Quartets”, string theory in physics, and Alan Kaprow’s unrealized performance ,”Breathing Piece “, Still Point asks the visitor to consider one’s physical, social and emotional boundaries…the layered fluctuations and tension between dependence and independence, and the palpable connections between the past and the future.
Concept, camera, editing and sound by H.D. Oaksen with additional videography by Joseph Hudson.

The Stranger: Feb 3, 2009
"Still Point fascinates not through the prospect of a personal revelation, but in the relationships between the spectral bodies we see haunt one another. Still Point is a séance for ghosts and we get to watch. Don't miss it."
